Transition Program Details

Grade 6 2021 to Year 7 2022

At Grovedale College we believe that the process of transition to secondary school begins as early as Grade 5. Hence, the transition program at the College spans Grades 5, 6 and 7. We encourage parents and students to take advantage of the opportunities provided to visit and become familiar with our College.

We are very excited to have our Year 7 Information Evening back for 2021! The evening will be held on Thursday March 18th from 6.00pm. The evening will begin with a BBQ and a display of some student work. From 7.00pm there will be tours of the school highlighting the curriculum, sporting and extra-curricular opportunities available at Grovedale College. It will culminate in a presentation in our theatre highlighting the transition process, the advantages of attending Grovedale College and a chance to meet our staff.

We also welcome our prospective families to have a look at the video below highlighting many of the wonderful opportunities available to students at Grovedale College.
