Do you have uniform items you don’t need?
As we get to the end of the year, sometimes you might find uniform items you don’t need. Our Wellbeing Team is looking for donations of any secondhand uniform items which families no longer require. These items support other students and families when in need. If you feel you have items to donate, please bring the laundered items to our Administration Office and we will gladly accept any and all donations on behalf of the Wellbeing Team.

We are very excited to be celebrating the Year 12 formal graduation ceremony to be held at GMHBA Stadium on Wednesday 16 November 2022. This is a change from our pre-COVID venue, but whatever the venue we don’t underestimate what a great achievement this is. We are looking forward to celebrating this important milestone with all of our Year 12 students after thirteen years of education.

Tickets have now closed for the event and if you do have any queries regarding ticketing, can you please contact the Administration Office. We will have close to 500 people at the event so please be mindful of parking and timing to get to the venue.

On the evening of the event, the Year 12 graduating students are required to be at the venue by 5.30 pm. At 6.45 pm guests will begin to be seated for a 7.00 pm start of the ceremony. After the ceremony, finger food will be served (not a sit-down meal) and drinks will be available to be purchased at the venue, so please take that into consideration with your planning.

For students, a reminder the dress guidelines for this evening is semi-formal for graduates, which includes collared dress shirts (tie optional), no denim or runners and no polo shirts. There will be a professional photographer at the event who will take individual and group photographs for those wishing to use this service and the opportunity will be available to purchase from his website.

We know a number of our Year 12s have completed exams already. For those in their last week of exams, good luck and we look forward to celebrating with you all this coming Wednesday.

Should you have any queries about the Year 12 Graduation, please contact us at the College.
