A Grovedale Scholarship is as rewarding for students as it is for parents.
A scholarship at Grovedale College offers your child the opportunity to experience excellent physical resources, outstanding curriculum opportunities and a College environment that fosters high levels of achievement.
At Grovedale our high academic expectations of students are consistently met with outstanding results. In recent years our senior students have been at the forefront of Geelong VCE results.
A wide educational perspective at Grovedale encourages students to discover, pursue and fulfil their individual interests. With the introduction of a Sports Academy Program, College students can combine their academic endeavours with specialist sports coaching and skill development.
Scholarships are redeemable against College expenses including books and uniforms. Applicants may apply for up to two classes of scholarship.

Academic Excellence
Scholarships- These scholarships are available to students with an exemplary academic record who have demonstrated outstanding application and achievement in Mathematics and English along with a strong performance in general studies and Learning Technologies.

Leadership
Scholarships- These General Entry Scholarships are available to students who have demonstrated leadership skills and potential in a variety of settings. Successful applicants will have an outstanding work ethic, have been supportive of fellow students and have fully participated in the life of their school.

Music
Scholarships- Grovedale College Music Scholarships are available to students who have demonstrated musical ability in performance and a commitment to a vibrant music program. Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic and sound academic skills.

Sports
Scholarships- These Scholarships are available to students who have demonstrated outstanding sporting skills and potential. Five scholarship streams are available – Cricket, Football, Netball, Soccer and General. The expectation is that the successful applicants will apply for inclusion in the College Sports Academy Program. Applicants should also demonstrate a strong work ethic and a preparedness to participate fully in the life of the College.
