Work Education/Careers
At Grovedale College, students are provided with a range of experiences and advice related to all areas of Careers and Work Education.
- Organisation and delivery of school programs such as year 10 work experience, Year 12 tertiary application process (VTAC), Vocational Education and Training (VET) and school based apprenticeships(SBA).
- University, TAFE and local employment organisations presentation at Grovedale College during our Starting Right and Enrichment (Year 11/12) programs as well as during Year 10 Focus Group sessions.
- Provision of information relating to out of college activities such as Geelong Career Expo, Gordon Taster Programs and University/TAFE open days.
- Classroom and individual consultation on pathway options (MIP)
